The Reverend Andie Camper started his ministry in the Baptist and free churches, later transferring accreditation into the United Reformed Church Denomination. His higher qualifications are Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in theological studies and education. He studied at several universities and bible colleges.
He has not always worked as a minister having also worked in several fields he is a qualified social worker and also a careers advisor along with qualifications in counselling. He has a lot of life experience and knows both the joys and sadness that ‘life’ journeys can bring. These experiences brought him to question his personal faith and also to value other people’s own spirituality, rather than to tell people what they should believe he prefers to support individual spirituality that nurtures the common good of all. Some time ago he became an associate member of the wider Unitarian Church and since that time became Leader at Westgate Chapel.
